Shipping Service Quality - deserve all the praise
So far soo good. I have bleached the hair and it still was very soft and flowy I just installed it so far though I am loVing it!! I'm always very skeptical before I buy hair because 1 it's not cheap and who likes getting anything bad. I really do love this hair. Brough the with my own money!!

1.May I return my order?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within 15 DAYS after you receiving your order. Please make sure that hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
You must contact us first before refunding your package at cs@dolahair.com During Business Hours within the seven (15) day return period. The goods must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. (Note: Any exchange or return products without email to us cannot be accepted.)
2.When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the dolahair security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank within 24-48Hrs.
3. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
4.May I make a exchange?
Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The dolahair’ hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
5.Return Shipping Fee
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Dolahair will not be responsible for lost returns. If the wrong/ faulty products have been delivered then We will be responsible for refund return/exchange shipping costs
