I do like this hair, it came in two days, really faster,the hair was beautiful hair,The hair is really soft and does not smell. When you wash the hair after straightening the curls come right back. The hair was shipped quickly but when it arrived the was a strong smell that was easily washed out. After wearing the hair for around 5 months there was gradual shedding with long wear however, it's important to note that I was actively in sports and didn't seal my weft after cutting them.

1.May I return my order?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within 15 DAYS after you receiving your order. Please make sure that hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
You must contact us first before refunding your package at cs@dolahair.com During Business Hours within the seven (15) day return period. The goods must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. (Note: Any exchange or return products without email to us cannot be accepted.)
2.When will I receive my refund?
We will issue you a full refund once the tracking you send to us shows delivered,Only for quality problems such as bad patch,shedding,tangle we will issue a full amount refund ,for customer own reasons such as dislike it ,ordered wrong products ,we will have to remove 20$ from the order, due to the shipping fee that we send the wig to you .
3. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
4.May I make a exchange?
Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The dolahair’ hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
5.Return Shipping Fee
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Dolahair will not be responsible for lost returns. If the wrong/ faulty products have been delivered then We will be responsible for refund return/exchange shipping costs
