How to exchange or refund:

1. Please email us (rose@dolahair.com) and provide some image first and tell us the issue of the products,also tell us weather you wanna exchange or refund it.

2. When we get the email, we will be glad to add your name in our return system. we will provide a USA Based return address, for quality issue we will issue a full refund, however for person reason we will remove 20$ from you order total due to the shipping rates we ship the package to you (Note: Any exchange or return products without email to us cannot be accepted.)

3. Once you send it back please provide us the tracking number, once we have the package and checked the products is not being used, the money will be refunded to the original card you paid with,usually it takes 12hours to show up in you card.

4. For receive wrong products ,please contact us right away or in 48hours, after 48 hours we will not deal with it.

5. We do not accept return for customized products such as colored wig and wig making service wig.

Return Shipping Cost

1. For all the issue cased by dola hair such as send wrong products,quality issue, dola hair will be paying for the shipping cost.

2. For pesonal issue such as dislike ,exchange ,buyer will have to pay for the shipping cost.
