Hair was nothing like the photo. The wig looked more straight than anything. I did wet it and add mouse to it to see if that would make the natural wave more defined it did not and the hair remains frizzy with I try to bring it the body wave in it . I haven’t used heat on it at all. Not the greatest buy
I never received the two wigs I bought and very expensive, I only received one of them and you gave as sent two, this is THEFT
The hair I received from DOLA is normally pretty good. They have poor communication skills and don’t acknowledge outreach as of late. The time for orders are inconsistent as sometimes the orders come in a week and sometimes over a month. It is very hard to manage expectations and knowing how far in advance I need to order. But they make sure they bill you right away.
First of all, let me see I always order through this company. They never steer me wrong. The new three bundles. I just bought are so thick so soft and dying so well I’m a very satisfied customer and I will be back.
I’ve ordered plenty of hair from Dola but I must say these bundles are shedding like crazy my hair got tangled this was a bad order as soon as I came home from my trip I took the bundles right out it’s not 100% human hair like they saying the product change
Don't waste money. It's thin I can see my wig cap through it even though I paid for extra density and customer support won't respond. I don't know how to return it.

I ordered my wig 2 weeks ago I haven’t received no email for tracking or a tracking number I’ve emailed the company and no reply at this point I want my money back or at least a damn tracking number for my hair it has never took 2 weeks for me to receive my hair

Note. I ordered from here years ago and did not have this problem. I loved the unit I gotten years ago. So I Don’t Know what The issue was this time around. I will not refer dola to anyone else.
I don’t know if there is a different vendor but I will not be buying again my order didn’t even come in a box it was just my wig a grip band and a edge brush inside a poly mailer no box no extra security for my wig it’s just like they just said forget it and mailed it as is I’ve been trying to return it and shipping took almost a month
The wig is not what I expected to get so I want to send it back. 😔

The hair is shedding an is not a full lace wig it’s a closure. I need a full lace
The quality of this wig does not meet the standard of the wigs I’ve been ordering from this company since 2020. The wig smelled, the closure and tracks were a different color and quality. I sent 2 emails with no response. I’m very dissatisfied with this purchase and am honestly sad I wasted almost $200 on this.
Contacted customer service TWICE to receive wig making service. No response. Not ideal for clients who can’t make wigs or have plans.
I’ve been ordering from Dola for the past 5-6 years and they never disappoint. I just started ordering the 10A bundles and they are literally the best on the market !
This was I think the third fake scalp 20in body wave wig I bought and this one is shorter and thinner. Not happy.
I’ve only had the wig 2 weeks and already the fake scalp lace has come off, I use to order from dola all the time but it seems like their stuff has become cheap now

Curl is different than described . I had to wand the hair for a tighter curl . I made the order on the 9th of May and didn’t receive my package until May 28th. Once I opened the box the wig had a terrible fishy smell after washing it this was the shedding . I’m kind of disappointed in DOLA , I’ve been waiting for a refund from a previous order and still haven’t received it .
